Fred Willard Death: Modern Family Actor and Comedian Dies at 86
Fred Willard, the famous comedian, and actor has passed away very peacefully on the night of May 15. His decades-long career came to an end with his passing away at the age of 86. The whole world and the showbiz industry mourn Fred Willard Death. Hope, Willard’s daughter deeply misses her father and reminded us how he kept working and moving all the time. She said that he made them all happy right up to the end. The public and his fans will surely remember him for his dedication towards each role. He didn’t just act, he breathed life into each character. He passed away from natural causes.
His most famous roles were in Everybody loves Raymond and, in the series, Best in Show. He was a comic actor and he loved making people roll with laughter. He spent well over 50 years in Hollywood. Fred got off the mark by becoming a part of iconic shows that were the benchmark for comedy. He was seen in The Dean Martin Show, The Tonight Show and The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour.
Willard has done innumerable stints in movies and TV shows which have endeared him to the public. He had some prominent guest roles in That ‘70s Show and Roseanne, Sister, Sister. The actor even worked during the Coronavirus crisis until the quarantine forced him to stop. He was showing off his comic skills by performing comedy sketches on Jimmy Kimmel Live. This Is Spinal Tap is a cult mockumentary in which he acted as well. 2004 is the year when his talent hit the big screens. He played Ed Harken in Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy which was Wil Farrell’s movie. He was also a part of Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues which released in 2013 as a sequel. This role made him quite famous.
Fred won an Emmy Nomination for his role in Modern Family. He played Frank Dunphy which bagged him a nomination under outstanding guest actor in a comedy. Even though he has passed away, he will still be seen in one last role. On May 29, Space Force starts streaming on Netflix. The show is created by Greg Daniels and Fred is seen alongside Steve Carrell. His representative called him a comic genius and said that he always gave each role his own twist.

Hollywood too, mourns his passing. Jamie Lee Curtis said that she missed Fred’s humor and she was lucky to experience his gifts. Phil Rosenthal who created Everybody Loves Raymond said that everyone loved Fred and he was one of the funniest people around.
