Personal life
Air took birth in Wallsend, Newcastle upon Tyne. After going to St Oswald’s Catholic Primary School in Gosforth, she went to Sacred Heart Convent School on Fenham Hall Drive in Newcastle upon Tyne. Air received graduation from Gosforth Academy which is also in Newcastle upon Tyne. She went to the drama school at First Act Theatre. Her colleagues there include the notable Jill Halfpenny and Anthony McPartlin.
Air was in a long relationship with Damian Aspinall. Freya Air Aspinall is their daughter who was born in Westminster, London in September 2003. Air and Aspinall are no longer a couple. Before break-up the couple made public their intention let a gorilla take care of their daughter which was a tradition from Aspinall’s family.
Air supports the Macmillan Cancer Support, Race for Life, Sport Relief and Jeans for Genes charities.
